Beautiful for fishing or dog walking or a (sometimes mucky) walk. Walk not really suitable for wheelchairs but some of the stunning scenery is able to be seen and a push along the dam is ok (ish) for wheelchairs.

Hidden away between Groomsport and Donagahdee this is an idyllic location for a peaceful walk. The dog loved it. No proper paths, just worn trails, so boots required if wet.

Portavoe reservoir is one of County Down’s hidden gems. It is a beautiful haven and the wildlife are just marvellous to watch. A true gem

A really nice walk but you need to wear wellies as it is really muddy in some parts. It's good for geocaching and nice view.

This place is always being discussed locally for some reason or other. It's a lovely place to walk around but can be muddy! Wear boots.

A great little walk, just off the main road between Donaghadee and Groomsport. A nice circular walk that can can take 20 mins or over a hour if you prefer to take your time and watch the wildlife at play. Dog owners treat.
