We went here on a sunny midweek afternoon in September and the upper, historic, part of the town is very attractive but hardly any of the businesses were open so they are missing serious opportunities to make money and if there was more to do...More

Very nice place - nice in the summer but the best during Eastern, when there is the festival of books and other program is going on! The book market on the square, many bookstores with a possibility to have a good coffee and good time...More

The Cathedral dominates this lovely old town that has sidewalk book sales once a month in a huge way. Enjoy the old fort walls and the views, but you'll need to buy a drink at the Cafe if you need a bathroom.

Sleepy little medieval town that comes alive thanks to its many bookstores. During the year, several occasions to celebrate books and reading. Beautiful surroundings.
