November to January is ideal weather to visit Sultan Armed forces museum in Bait Al Felaj from 8.30 am to 1.30 pm from Sunday to Thursday and 9 to 12 noon and 3 to 6 pm on Saturdays, weekly holiday being Friday.

If you are interested in knowing about Oman's history of Armed forces you can visit this place and spend 1 to 1 and half hour. Our army guide was very polite and helped us in understanding the armed force history, culture. Entry fee is minimal.
