It has brown sand and warm waters, and we saw many people camping or having picnics at this beach site. It is a good way to spend a few hours of your holiday

I am writing this review here as I can't find a place to review Wadi Shab as a site rather than a tour. We drove down to Wadi Shab from Muscat which is about 1.5 to 2 hours drive. Not a very interesting drive although...More

Since the place is away from the city, it doesnt have too many visitors. A less crowded beach is more fun. Nice picnic spot. This beach is at the end of the black top road.

We went to Shangrilla hotel from al hajar mountains. Felt little risky roads but enjoyed for some time. Avoid with children and small car.

This place was found accidentally on our way from Dubai to Sur, Oman via Muscat. Hidden and a raw place, beautiful beach and good boating ride by locals. This pit stop on your way is a must.

Great drive, continuous wave sound, nice place to have a barbeque dinner with family and friends.. Earlier the beach was very nice but now sandfilled and modernised.
