Called in here to look thru the gardens and see the model villages most made on 1/12 scale. A lot of work has gone into building this place. Stay away from there café as we could eat the food as it a really strange smell and taste to it

A good short visit to 1 of the most beautiful gardens in Canberra. Price is a little too expensive in my opinion. There is also an interesting and affordable short train ride.

With something for everyone, an easy stroll around these beautiful miniature gardens will surprise and delight. I had been here many years ago and was delighted see how well the miniature trees and conifers had grown. Now employing gardeners, the place would not be cheap to maintain or water, which is reflected in the entry price.. $57 for3. The humour... More

It was as stunning and as beautiful as I remembered it as a child. My kids (aged 3 & 5) loved their visit here. They were very excited with every turn they took. My mother in law had never visited before and she loved it too. The train ride was very cute, going around twice before disembarking.

A great morning spent wandering around this gorgeous place. So many things to look at and search for in each scene. Great sense of humour! We loved the steam train ride. Very helpful staff in the gift shop who toon time out to find out how our day was and what else we were up to. Amenities were immaculate. Would... More

Visited on a beautiful sunny morning so the gardens looked spectacular! Our teenage boys enjoyed looking at the buildings and finding the humorous little going ons. Having some interactive parts such as running train or windmills made it fun for our autistic boy. Had not been myself for 20 plus years and was impressed with new international section. Certainly a... More

Cockington Green has been a great place to take little (and big kids) for many years. If you appreciate the detail, hard work and sense of humour that goes into these displays then you must take your family. It is a pleasant activity(except in the middle of this summer heat wave ) to do if you are visiting the Gold... More

The kids did enjoy their visit, lost interest towards the end, train ride was a highlight for them. The adults all enjoyed their visit. Very well kept and the miniatures buildings are interesting especially the international section. Train ride $3 a go (under 4 free) We did find the entry fee quite expensive for 3 adults, 1 child and 1... More
