    Beautiful ride in the hills above Cefalù
    Amazing 2 hour tour with Alex in the hills above Cefalù. Although some of the landscape was burnt from recent fire, the views were spectacular and there were green shoots already appearing all around. Highly recommended!

    a blast from the past - wonderful!!
    We (a couple in our mid 50's) were accommodated at very short notice and had and wonderful 3 hour trek. We had not been on a horse in over a decade and Lizzie was very patient with us and explained everything carefully. She is clearly very knowledgable about the area and also speaks English. She is also clearly passionate about her horses and they are beautifully kept. We would both highly recommend Ride Sicily, and hope to do one of their longer treks at some point.

    Wild Sicily Ride.
    Sicily is an amazing place with endless spectacular views and changing scenery. The Wild Sicily ride was incredible, challenging but tremendous fun. The horses are all well cared for and everyone in the group was well matched to their sure footed mount. Lizzie and Alex are excellent hosts who looked after us very well indeed, not least with providing us with excellent cuisine every day. The accommodation was varied but clean, comfortable and always very welcoming. I would recommend this ride for confident & experienced riders.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the food exceptional every night. I would highly recommend the trail for those who love riding where few people visit.

    Coast to coast October 2023 Fabulous trip . Ticks all the boxes . It’s a wonderful way to see the real Sicily. Spectacular scenery riding on excellent well loved horses.First class attention to detail staying in authentic Sicilian accommodation with lovely local food .Fantastic picnic lunches! Lizzie and Alex are passionate about what they do they are knowledgeable and dedicated. We were lucky to have lovely sunny days with a great bunch of riders Thoroughly recommend this trip 😎

It’s a wonderful way to see the real Sicily.
Spectacular scenery riding on excellent well loved horses.First class attention to detail staying in authentic Sicilian accommodation with lovely local food .Fantastic picnic lunches! Lizzie and Alex are passionate about what they do they are knowledgeable and dedicated. We were lucky to have lovely sunny days with a great bunch of riders

The trail ride through the wild and remote areas of Sicily was one of the best I have experienced. The horses were calm and well trained by Lizzie and Alex our guide and host.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the food exceptional every night.
I would highly recommend the trail for those who love riding where few people visit.

This was great week, not only for the breathtaking rides but also for the warm hospitality of the two hosts, Lizzie and Alex.
They are clearly passionate about their horses which are beautifully kept and very sure-footed.

This was an unreal experience, Alex was really great at communicating, amazing response. They made us feel so welcome as did the two horses, we highly recommend, we also will be coming back to do another excursion on another trip when we come to cefalu, the whole experience from start to finish was breathtaking.
We will cherish this forever.

Best possible trail riding in Sicily

Amazing trail riding in Sicily with the most experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and service-minded guides. Horses are easy to ride, sturdy and extremely sure-footed. Trails and accommodations chosen are extremely beautiful and remote taking you through the most fantastic areas of Sicily that you have all for yourself
