The pools were nice and had good waterfall type things which were great. Had both inside and outdoor pools. Also there was a nice bar inside for ice cream and other little snacks. Not the best terme in the area but still nice!

I found the staff all kind and helpful. On the other hand, I’m not sure if I can highly recommend the place. It certainly is much more economical option compared to other hotel/resort spas in Tuscany, and since we didn’t try any other services such...More

Kid friendly. Wicked thermal baths! I would highly recommend a stop here to relax and unwind while in the Montepulciano area.

We went late in the afternoon. They have an outdoor part of the pool. It was glorious. Just the right temperature. Surrounded by hills. Jets. Overhead showers in the pool. Just a great experience.

November 1st was our second time visiting Theia and unfortunately second encounter with Sara Minetti at the front desk. Her attitude was so dismissive and rude that really makes Theia's administration look bad. The place itself it's not bad, but being treated rudely by staff...More

Nice place to sample the thermal waters, it was slightly off season so quiet and could probably do with a bit of touch up. But the pools were great, and the massage superb. The welcome at reception was not the best and let it down...More

Mind you october is off season and the pool is only open friday, saturday and sunday. I went in 20 degree weather and it felt cold when out of the water. The water is not particularly hot, at most 30 degrees. Bathrobes can be rented. Pools...More
