I used this service again this year as we had such excellent service last year – well – we had a catastrophe in Rome when one of our travelers had a seizure when he got off the plane – I had already passed through and went to find the driver while the other 2 had to handle the luggage – the driver was AMAZING! – He first waited for almost 45 minutes while the medical people took our passenger out of the airport to the hospital, then we battled for almost another half an hour to get the security to understand that we had to go back inside to get their luggage – eventually we managed to get all the luggage out and the driver packed into the van and took us to the hospital. We then had to wait for another half an hour to get the passenger discharged and all this time your driver was so kind and patient and told us not to worry, he will wait. We finally left (in the rain) and got safely to Civitavecchia. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this amazing and kind driver (think his name started with an E?). I was first skeptical about this service because the reviews were so “mixed” with good and bad ones but I would say that we got an excellent service. The driver was there on time and we had to wait for other passengers which delayed us slightly but it’s not the driver’s or the company’s fault. He took us to the hotel from Civitavecchia port in half the price other company charges and the driver was courteous and very helpful. He also gave us tips when traveling around Rome and what to watch out for with regard to transportation situation in Rome. We are very please with this service

Used 3x on recent Italy trip. 1st Rome airport to Civitavecchia port. Stopping @ Marriott for no passengers & back to airport for 2 couples. Driver friendly. 2nd shuttle from Symphony ship to Rome ran fairly smoothly & driver friendly. 3rd shuttle from Rome hotel to Civitavecchia port was a disaster. Went to same Marriott for no passengers. Driver kept stalling waiting for people who never showed and he was trying to fill his van. My husband took our luggage out of the van and the argumentative driver finally agreed to drive us. The closer we got to the port the slower he drove, every car was passing us. At the port he wouldn’t take US $ like other drivers and was insisting on 20% tip for credit card. Even port workers said he was out of line and showed my husband to an ATM for Euros. Very upsetting experience and will not use this company again.

Booked a shared shuttle to pick up at FCO airport and transport to Port of Civitivecchia. Service called last minute to say there were no shared shuttles available for the advertised price of 85 euros for 2. Suggested a private car for 170 euros…….we said no thank you. Would not recommend this company.

You cannot count on this service! We booked them 3 times while in Rome. The 1st time they were 1 hour late picking us up from the airport. 2nd time they were 20 mins late taking us to the cruise terminal. 3 rd time they over booked a mini van with 8 people and not enough room for all the luggage. We had to put suitcases on our laps and under our legs in order to fit. Not a reliable service in Rome. I do not recommend

Worst shuttle company ever, this is not a professional service so do not be scammed. I received confirmation of the reservation and they cancelled last minute asking for a private shuttle and to pay more money of course.

Booked on line from Civitavecchia cruise port to FCO. The quoted price was 85 Euro, and then, when the shuttle was full, I got an alert for price dropping to 80 Euros. The driver was on time (even early), and we were 3 couples in the van. Very satisfied with the service, grazie, Daniela

We used their services from Rome airport to hotel and hotel to Civitavecchia cruise port. Both services were EXCELLENT. On time, friendly and helpful drivers. I must acknowledge GREAT customer service provided by Lucia when making arrangements.

I have an invoice forc205 euro and driver charged us 120 euro! I was not happy at being ripped off. I’ve used this service on many occasions with fantastic service however not this time

If our flight in November arrives at FCO at 9:30 am - given that we have to clear passport control and claim our luggage - what time should I select for pick-up (10:30, 11:30 or 12:30)?

Same price for the return, but at fixed times 7:30/8:30/9:30.
