We took the time for a nice Lakeside Walk - Lungolago di Garda - to enjoy the panoramic lake, mountain and countryside vistas. Really quite beautiful country, we’ll return again for a longer visit! Enjoy!

The lakeside promenade from Bardolino to Garda is an easy 45 minute stroll with wonderful scenery along the way. The only not so pretty part of the walk is when the promenade is diverted inland to avoid a large campsite. As other reviewers have mentioned,...More

First time to Garda. Loved it. Great eating and drinking places. Very relaxed. Regular boat trips around the Lake . Great walking and cycling to Bardalino and Lazise. Get the boat back for a relaxing end to a great day.

A charming walk from the cafes for people watching in Garda to th gentle stroll to Bardolino, with the interest of the boatyard as a stop along the way.

We stayed at Garda and walked along the lakeside path to Bardolino, the path is flat and well paved which makes for easy walking; it took us about 45 minutes at a leisurely pace. We stopped at a bar along the way for a drink...More

Fabulous views of the lake, surrounding hills, Garda & Bardolino along this lakeside path, which is suitable for walkers and cyclists. A shame the cyclists ignore the regulations that require them to ride at walking pace......Many were tearing along much too fast with the potential...More

Took a trip to lake Garda near Verona and stopped for a lazy lunch alongside the lake. Absolutely magnificent views. My wife had spaghetti vongole (cockles) and I had spaghetti scoglio (seafood). Possibly the best pasta I’ve had this year in Italy or anywhere else...More

difficult to give one opinion for such wide different destinations around the lake... i would say that its a lovely place for couple and families in different town you will have different experience with more or less tourist/locals but always a pleasant one

Great walk, plenty of cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors... The nicest part was to dive into the side streets and getting back to the promenade... so many shops on these old streets and looks like the restaurants there are better than in the promenade.

Beautiful place to spend the day. Buses from Verona run often so getting there won't be a problem if your not driving
