one goat, one pig, 2 donkeys, one rabbit and a poney in the farm bit which you pay £1 per adult on top of the £1 from the entrance... the other attractions were not really open for a frosty autumnal day with a baby. The one good thing was the Delorean from Back to the Future which was there for... More

Thank you visiting the Family Park and your feedback. As we are in the off-peak season, term-time. the rides and attractions are limited (like other visitor attractions). We are currently refurbishing and upgrading the animal farm (there are notices on our website and on site too) where it will re-launch in Spring. Sometimes the animals are moved off-site while the... Well where to start WE have been here a few times with my girls and loved it. How the place has gone down hill,we had to pay £1 each to get in that was OK but we found out that the farm has gone all the birds of prey the reptiles everything!!!! There are no shows no music playing nothing... More

Thank you for visiting the Hop Farm Family Park and for your feedback. We're disappointed to hear you didn't enjoy your visit, however we do have to clarify some of the points that have been made. There are clear notices on our website, and as you enter the Park, that the farm is currently undergoing major refurbishments and upgrades and... More

Visited the hop farm to enjoy the fireworks this year - even though it is a weekend before bonfire night but I believe that is because of half term week. Organisation for parking was pretty good on the way in but not so great on the way our. I would suggest they need to organise a faster way to get... More

Went to the firework display on Saturday 29th October 2016. . Because of the poor organisation and the fact that all of the fireworks were lit and set off in the same place the smoke from the fireworks descended onto the field and the fireworks which were being lit. The display was completely overshadowed by a huge cloud of thick... More

Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm (and also you can view the Met Office radar records) that thick dense fog formed quickly that evening in low lying areas of Kent. In addition, the same display and in the same location took place the night before without any issues. There were car accidents on the M20 and M25 due... More

I was shocked at how bad this place was, and upset by how it's. even ruined from what it used to be, over priced rubbish attractions, the animals were closed?!? The soft play, had no lights so was dark and dangerous, no adults aloud in but it's not attended?! It was full of rubbish and dirty, we lasted a whole... More

Thank you for visiting The Hop Farm and providing feedback. Your visit was during the week, term-time, when we only keep some of the attraction open (i.e. soft play, out door playground, crazy golf) and costs only £1 per person. The soft play is manned and the reason adults aren't allowed on is that it's for children only. All the... More

Visited the hop farm on the 29th of October for the fireworks, what a disappointment! I have posted some photos which clearly show that we were engulfed by smoke within 5 minutes of the fireworks starting, there were adults and children in coughing fits and lots of people had to leave - the funfair and car park was clear at... Oh dear. Visited with our 23 month grandson. We had been been before with our own children in the 90s when we had loved it - yet currently in 2016 ... we were asked at the gate what we wanted to do and whether we needed any tokens on arrival. We asked if we could have a look around and... More

Really good for family's with children , Halloween fun for kids, not to scary but enough for kids to have fun, you only pay a £1 entrance, then you can purchase £1 tokens to use in the rides or enter the little shows they put on, all in all a great time. A cafe there with a small indoor play... More

Eight of us went to this location believing that it comprised farm animals, some children's activities, and some vaguely historic farm and carriage vehicles. In the event we found a highly commercialised low grade children's 'fun fair' with some rides closed, three ponies and a couple of donkeys. Given that the target market is young children we were stunned at... More
