The service was very good, noise level high, drink adequate(quantity) and most important the food was good -B- in my opinion. The veal was good but a very small portion. The best feature that will help them stay in business is location.

This is was one of the favorite parts of our trip to Sorento. Eugenio and his family were great hosts. Eugenio picked us up from Sorrento and took us to the farm. We walked through the lemon and olive plantations, and he showed us in great detail every aspect of lemon cultivation. In addition, he showed us some of their... More

I wanted to tour a lemon and olive farm but didn't want the herded cattle experience. This was the answer to that. Eugenio answered all of my questions via email before my arrival in Italy. They actually HOST their guests. don't just give tours and say goodbye. My hotel in Positano called Eugenio and they spoke in Italian to arrange... More

We showed up at La Masseria without any appointment or reservation soon after Christmas which is the low season for them. Indeed, the Farm tours do not operate at this time. However, Eugenio Garguilo, the son of the owner, took the time out and showed us around the farm in great detail, showing us every aspect of his olive and... More

They are all genuine, right down to Mario and Luigi. We highly recommend touring this Farm, whichever tour you choose you will not be disappointed. Our visit back to... More

I highly recommend visiting La Masseria if you're in Sorrento or the Amalfi coast. This family run farms has lemon groves, olive oil, vegetables and animals, taste testing and dinner included. Eugenio picked us up at our hotel in Sorrento and drove us out to his farm- about a 25 minute drive. We were greeted by fresh lemonade and then... More

Eugenio, Maria, and Ferdinando were amazing hosts and welcomed us into their home with so much love. They picked us up from our apartment, we cooked gnocchi, tiramisu, and tasted many oils and marmalades. They gave us a tour of their farm. Eugenio was very knowledgeable and has great English. We enjoyed the meal as family at the end with... More
