Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We walked down from our hotel in the early evening when most people had left for the day. So our experience was atypical. Normally there are umbrellas and people and snacks and drinks etc. For us it was very quiet with incredible water and few other bathers. It is rock slabs so there's no cushy sand to lie on, but the water is incredible. Views are great. Delightful first excursion just after checking in to our hotel.

Nice view, easy access. Sun chairs rental available. Natural pool there was magnificent for swimming and safer than jump into the sea. Great for family with small children. Highly recommend. Remind that toilet only available to beginning of September, you need to find your own way to do it after that period of time...

Just pass the hotel Ortensia on your way from the bus and you'll find a sign for the stairs leading down to Piscine Naturali. And a lot of stairs it is...still worth it though. The cliffs are just fabulous for a swim and to hang for a while. Do you wish to stay longer you can rent a bed for EUR 10. There are two small bars, with water, beer and expensive ice cream. Then it's good for your character to climb the stairs...

The place is very suggestive and definitely worth a dive. It can be reached by land after a walk with a considerable difference in altitude and above all after having managed to take the bus, which is often super crowded. The beach is public but sunbeds and umbrellas can also be rented, placed on the rock (€46 two sunbeds and an umbrella). Poor services (a chemical toilet, two kiosks, more expensive than nice), but on the other hand you can rent everything that floats (SUP, boat ride and pedal boat for 30 euros an hour). The natural pools are a bit of a reflection of the island: beautiful, expensive, a little dirty. Clearly this last point also depends on the people who frequent the island, capable of taking a large dog free on a small beach, full of people and children, laughing at the animal's first need and refreshing it with sea water where the people swim....
