Rocco and Carla are absolutely amazing! I reached out to them last year to be a private chef for our wedding dinner in Praiano at the Villa Poesia on May, 23rd. Not only did they cook a delicious dinner for 26 people, they provided breakfast and lunch for 15 girls while we got ready for the wedding. We asked Rocco and Carla to provide breakfast and lunch for us the day before the wedding and they agreed at the last minute! I cannot tell you how wonderful the food was and what wonderful people they both are. They were a huge part in making our wedding day a success. I cannot thank them enough, they are so so kind! I’m so grateful to have met them both and to have them be apart of our day, they treat you like family. I highly recommend them for any private chef or cooking class needs, you will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend this cooking class. It is very authentic with fresh ingredients from their garden. It is a small group so everyone is able to participate. We were given so much food, wonderful wine and the view was beautiful. They are a wonderful family! Would definitely take another class!

Our class was incredible. Rocco and Carla hosted/taught six of us in making traditional pasta and dessert dishes that we might actually be able to do at home. It was a highlight of an exceptional time on the Amalfi Coast. Carla is a riot … a disciplined cook (can’t let the pasta get dried out), and a really funny demonstrator … she has the eye roll thing perfected. It was an enclosed outdoor setting, informal, and lots of fun.
