If you want the best, then look no further. Firstly, Ravello is truly a magical place to get married and with Mario, Annamaria and their team you can be certain your wedding will be a fairytale. From the moment we first contacted Mario, we knew it was going to be great. Planning an abroad wedding can be daunting especially from a language/culture perspective, but the team overcome all of this for you. They make you feel like your wedding is their priority, providing prompt and continuous communication. They are experts at weddings in Ravello so listen to their advice and recommendations (they are always right). Their organisation is sensational making sure all bases are covered from the legalities to the party. If you go to visit pre-wedding; you know you are in the best hands due to the fact everyone in the town knows and raves about Mario and Annamaria! They are always there if you have any questions or concerns and go above and beyond to make your ideas a reality. They also make sure to assist with everything from accommodation to transfers, making it so much easier.
Then it came to the wedding itself, again you feel like their utmost priority from arrival to departure (we are convinced they don’t sleep)! Everything was in order, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the build-up. On the day itself, everything went so smoothly – thanks to Mario, Annamaria and their fantastic team. The ceremony was stunning, and the post square toast is a must, it gives you a chance to speak to your guests and take it all in. Villa Eva is breath-taking; the staff are exceptional, the food is delicious and the décor beautiful. From start to finish everything ran like clockwork and the attention to detail was immense. At one stage Annamaria brought us in to see the dining room before our guests and I was so happy I cried, they had taken our ideas and made them even better! The party continued and the team were still looking after us well into the night. We had the best day of our lives and that is thanks to Mario, Annamaria and the team. We look forward to going back year after year to visit and will think about renewing our vows there someday!

We cannot thank the team at Wagner Tours enough for planning our dream wedding in Ravello!
We knew from the moment we reached out to Mario and his team that they were the ones we wanted to plan our day! We are from the US so ideally planning a destination wedding seemed crazy - Mario & Annamaria made the entire experience so easy and the furthest thing from stressful! (when asked about planning, I would tell people I’m stressed that I am not stressed). Our emails were always answered quickly and every question we had was addressed.
The day itself was truly amazing. Every little detail was thought out and planned so beautifully! The vendors used by Wagner Tours were amazing - music, flowers, photography and video! Everything was beautiful and better than anything we could have envisioned!
Enrico & Pier (photo and video) were amazing to work with! They made us feel comfortable behind the camera and captured so many special moments. The food and drinks at Villa Eva were AMAZING, and the service was great! We never did a testing beforehand, but Mario & Annamaria assured us we could not go wrong with any option - & they were correct!
& on top of planning the entire wedding day Wagner Tours also helped plan our welcome dinner pizza party the evening before the wedding and helped several of our guests book hotel and transfer accommodations which was a huge help.
Our guests are still raving about how amazing our wedding day was and we truly owe it all to the team at Wagner Tours. We wish we could relive our day over and over! Thank you so much to Mario & Annamaria and all else who made our day so incredibe!

We engaged with Wagner Tours in July 2022 to commence planning our dream day at Villa Eva in Ravello. Both Mario Capuano Wedding Planner and
Annamaria Staiano Wedding Planner were on hand to answer any questions promptly and put your at instant ease when planning a wedding abroad. They are so organised and ensure the whole planning process is smooth and also exciting at the same time.
From organising the tasting Menus originally in May 2023 before the wedding to our pre wedding pizza party. Everything was phenomenal.
We were totally blown away when we arrived at the venue with our guests for our special day. It couldn’t have been planned or organised better. We gave our guests as they said “the best day of their lives” as was our review of the whole day.

Our wedding planners, Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano, gave us our dream wedding at Villa Eva in Ravello. They made the entire day, and the events leading up to it, absolutely perfect. They are friendly, organized, straightforward, and creative - everything you'd want in a wedding planner! Our wedding day was perfect, and we couldn't be happier with the way Mario and Annamaria organized it.
Enrico Capuano, our photographer, and Pier Cant, our Videographer, were also so kind, patient, and creative. I love their work. I can't wait to see our wedding photos and video!

My husband and I got married in Ravello at Villa Eva with Wagner Tours on October 13, 2023 and we could not be happier with Mario and AnnaMaria. We worked with them for a year to create the perfect day, and it was more than we could have ever imagined. From the small details to the biggest decisions, they supported and guided us through it all. My guests have not stopped raving about their experience, stating that it was the best day of their LIVES! And my husband and I could not say it any better, the best day of our lives. We had the most fabulous time in Ravello this past weekend! Mario Capuano , Annamaria Staiano, and the rest of their team made our wedding planning process perfect. From our rehearsal dinner at Giardini Cafe Calce to our wedding ceremony and reception at Villa Eva, everything was a dream!
Our photographer, Enrico Capuano and videographer, Pier Can’t from Wagner Tours were amazing and took all of the shots we wanted. They made the process fun and relaxed, we cannot thank them enough!
We absolutely loved all of the details, they were beautiful and executed exactly how we imagined it! The food, drinks, music, and planning, all perfect! All of our guests said “this was the best wedding we have been to”! We couldn’t have done it without Mario Capuano, Annamaria Staiano and their wonderful team.
Huge thank you to Wagner Tours, our wedding was truly the most amazing dream. They exceeded our expectations! We cannot wait to come back to Ravello soon!

I truly have never been to a more beautiful place in my life! My now husband and I got married at Villa Eva with Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano as our wedding planners. They were a delight to work with. Our wedding was better than we could have ever imagined! They took care of everything and I was completely stress free during the planning process and even the day of if you can imagine. Our photographer, Enrico Capuano and videographer, Pier Cant did an incredible job. We are so impressed with their work and couldn’t be happier with our photos and videos. We truly could not recommend using Wagner Tours enough. Our wedding would not have been amazing without them!

Words can't describe how magical our day was (21.08.23)
If you're reading this thinking about booking your wedding through Wagner Tours just do it. trust me you won't regret it!
I cannot fault our wedding planners Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano as they were incredible every step of the way.
From the moment we reached out to them via email we received all the information we needed to know and a spreadsheet with different options and costs involved, so you know up front exactly what you're getting.
In the lead up to the wedding we had one video call with Mario just to put our minds at ease as we had not visited Ravello before, nor had we ever met with our wedding planners! It sounds crazy trusting something you've only dealt with online, but Mario and Annamaria make it so easy to trust them - especially when you see live wedding updates on their social media pages. We were so excited to have all our family and friends together to celebrate our wedding, and it exceeded ALL of our expectations!
Everyone said it was a fairytale wedding and was the best they had ever been to! My brother even said "well you've ruined it for the rest of us now, no one else can ever get married as you've set the bar so high!" Haha.
Enrico Capuano was our Photographer, and oh my goodness what a professional! He is obviously used to doing weddings at Villa Eva as he knew exactly what worked best and we felt so comfortable being guided by him. He showed us a couple of snaps from his camera and they looked amazing, so we are itching to see all the final edited photos as I know they will be breathtaking!!
Pier Cant was our Videographer and he was also incredible, he gave good direction and we knew we were in safe hands. I could tell Enrico and Pier have worked weddings together before as they were in sympatico with each other, which made it go so smoothly.
It truly was the best 3 days of our lives in Ravello. As soon as we arrived in Hotel Giordano we knew we were in one of the most beautiful locations to have a wedding. We also opted for a Pizza party at Giardini Calce, and am so glad we did as everyone had such a good time. It was also the best pizza ever, even our gluten free guests said it was the best gluten free pizzas they've ever tasted!
I could go on and on about the wedding day but this review would become a book. Thank you SO much Mario & Annamaria for making all of our dreams come true. We'll hopefully be back next year for our anniversary :)

Our day was beyond perfect and there are not enough superlatives to describe their service, from quick response times, fabulous advice to the actual day when they orchestrated perfection. If we could give Wagner Day Tours more than 5 stars we would. As a US couple it seemed like an impossible task to get married in a foreign country, in a town we’ve never been to and would not be able to visit prior to our wedding. We put our trust into Wagner Tours and they delivered well beyond our expectations in every aspect of our wedding including during the planning process. Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano made it the most stress free process and actually made wedding planning enjoyable.
From the first day we contacted Wagner Tours, they immediately responded with a spreadsheet including all of the potential costs. Their transparency, response time, and professionalism throughout the year + we were planning was incredible. Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano are the real deal. They have found the vendors that match their quality from flowers, ceremony music, DJ, sax player, servers and bartenders, to the photographer Enrico Capuano and his photo/ video team. Enrico and his team ensured we were comfortable and took the time to take the photos and videos we wanted while offering their advice and expertise. You don’t have to worry about a thing with Wagner Tours because they will ensure everything is top quality and will steer you in the right direction with every decision you make.
Annamaria Staiano and Mario Capuano listened to our vision and made it happen. They were also patient with our indecisiveness at times and gave plenty of options and advice when needed, always making sure we were right on schedule with booking vendors and were carefully tracking the costs so there were no surprises. They don’t only help you plan the wedding, they also help with the welcome party/ rehearsal dinner, hotels, car transfers etc. for ourselves and our guests and everything they touched turned out better than we could’ve imagined.
The welcome party at Giardini Calce was the start of an incredible two days. Everything was thought out. The venue was beautiful, the staff including Gianmarco was incredible, the food was the best pizza we’ve ever had, and Mario and Annamaria made sure that everything was perfect so we had nothing to worry about. It was a flawless and beautiful night that exceeded our expectations - many guests comparing it to the quality of a wedding.
It’s hard to put into words our August 2023 wedding day. When reviews say it was a fairytale, that’s because it is beyond words. Mario and Annamaria from start to finish transported us and the guests to the most enchanting day with every detail thought of, our own vision executed flawlessly, the venue and setting that is beyond comprehension. Leaving ourselves and guests in awe. Have you ever been to a wedding where guests want to take selfies and chant the wedding planners name? Us neither until our wedding. That’s how good they are!! The venue, the food, the incredible staff at Villa Eva, the views - everything was perfect. Annamaria and her team also set up the tables and place settings, exactly as we envisioned - if not even better than our vision!
Even after the wedding, Mario and Annamaria continue to assist us in small tasks, always responding within 12 hours but usually even quicker, just like they have throughout the whole process.
Like we said - 5 stars is not enough. Wagner Tours is the real deal and you should not hesitate to book them because they will make sure to transport you and your guests to a fairytale that you will have a hard time believing afterward that it was real life because of how incredible and perfect it was.

Hello, I know Ravello very very well but haven't been for some years now. I'm thinking of getting married there -very small, intimate wedding with only 20 guests. Anyone have any idea at all on cost ?
