Travelling by train from Grasse in France to Sanremo in Italy takes just under 3 hours. With my Zou card it cost 85 Euros for a return for two adults and one large dog. The Zou card costs 30 euros for a year and allows 50 - 75 % off every journey you make, we travel by train a lot... More

This is our second visit to the Market at Sanremo which is held on a Tuesday, its open from around 8am until 12:00. Its is held in a few streets near the big indoor food market. Who dont remember the San Remo song festival ?! With all the Italian stars and the melodic songs... This city had better times , but still it's a nice place to take a walk and to remember the winners of the festival.

Once upon a time this must have been an incredibly beautiful jewel on the Riviera. We visited the Italian Riviera this past week. End of July we enjoyed a whale watching trip from San Remo Cetacei, departing from the port of Imperia (Porto Maurizio). It's a 4 hour trip priced at €32 for adults.
