Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Porto Giunco eighteen years later. The free beach that dominated at that time (2005), mercilessly eroded by beach establishments. Paid parking at €5, regardless of whether you stay for 1/2 hour or the whole day. Less nature and less feeling of freedom to savor what creation has given us, becoming increasingly exclusive to wealthy social classes. The despot tourism industry is once again widening the gap between those who can and those who cannot. That's it.

We booked an umbrella with 2 sunbeds and an additional one at a cost of 62 € by bank transfer made two days earlier.
The rude and not professional staff, the beach looks very dirty with a nauseating smell of sewer... probably there is a drain nearby.

We had the pleasure of touring the entire coast of Villasimius, spectacular and clean beaches (Cala Sinzias, Monte Turnu...), this unfortunately despite being one of the most recommended, it is not worth visiting at all!

Forget the beaches, the beach deserves but with your umbrella and packed lunch. If you have children for lunch it is a problem to make them eat. The establishment that boasted Exclusivity organized terrible 70 € for the second row but you could end up 500m near the rocks with the stench of sewer and if you want to bad luck find 10m of seaweed before you get to see the water (see photo) ask if they can kindly move you since we are a family with a one-year-old girl, certainly two hours later because “they had to dispose of the line” but obviously in 6 rows (always at the same cost of course). The indescribable staff grumpy borderline rude. 2 salads 1 coke 1 beer and a plate of frozen ravioli (of which they had warned) only 83€. Too bad about the place would deserve a different management

It was a nice beach - it was easy to get to compared to parking, it cost 5 euros but then the car in turn was also parked safely with guard on.

Nice opportunity to get a place on the beach as it is huge. It is possible to pay for a sunbath or you can take your own blanket. The water is also super fine and you can go far - we could at least in the period we were there.

Flamingos were there too, they are quite far away so it is not easy to see them.

You do not have to book time or pay to reach the beach.

Now we have been to many beaches in Sardinia and this was not the best but not the worst. It was a means.

We happened to find this beach by coincidence and were blown away.

It was tucked away, locals welcomed the tourists and the beach was held very clean.

You were offered cold fruit for way too much money, but it was so worth it.

Very convenient beach for those who do not want to go to the beach early in the morning.
There is a nice big parking lot at a cost of 5 euros per day.
White sand and crystal clear sea.
For those who love nature, at the end of the beach there is a small trekking path that leads to a small beach (go early in the morning).
Continuing for about 10 minutes you will arrive at the Torre di Giunco where your view will thank you for what you will see.

Porto Giunco is worth a visit.
The water is crystal clear and the sand clear so the color of the sea grades from light blue to blue.
Many fish inhabit the waters also in Riva.

The establishments are not recommended.
For an umbrella, you get to pay up to 70€. There is no mid-day option that in some cases may be of interest to those who make only one stop.
The restaurants combined with the establishments offer only toast, sandwiches, pizzas and pre-packaged pasta dishes.

Really very very beautiful beach!! Crystal clear water, fine golden sand with gradual entry and therefore also suitable for children! there are three paid parking areas at a cost of €5 for the whole day, with staff who give indications on where to park.
The beach is very large, so there is always space to stand.
There are both toilets (you need a 50 cent coin) and bars where you can have lunch or rent deckchairs and umbrellas, but the prices are a little high.
Behind, you can reach the Notteri pond in a few steps where you can admire the pink flamingos.
If you are in the area it is definitely a place worth visiting.

Very nice beach, worth a visit for the beautiful water and the outline, just bring food, like everywhere in Sardinia.
The beach bar, dolphin club, has a menu where the cheapest thing is a fruit plate at 12 € then under 16 € for a salad you do not go down. Also no!
They take advantage of it, and I don't think that's the case.
There is clean sea ok as in many places and not at such exaggerated prices.

Sea Top!!! It's a shame about establishments with prices that in my opinion are ridiculous for umbrellas and sunbeds.. from 55 euros up.. Up to 200 euros for the first row (x 6 people)!!!! At this point I was going to the Caribbean!! Anyway happy with your umbrella.. To throw away/give away money like this.. It's absurd!!
