    Super relaxing day out.
Beautiful setting for a top notch Spa. Recommend going early in the morning as it's way less busy. Ensure you try the water beds - these are easy to miss and incredibly relaxing!

Lovely evening spa with many experience rooms
Wow, what a lovely spa. Took advantage of the twilight spa whilst on a trip to center parcs. A wide range of different experience rooms to utilise. Compared to Eden Spa which is one of the closest spas nearby this one beats it. The only thing missing is nicer dining spaces. Will definitely book to come again and have a treatment next time.

    Beautiful place
Beautiful relaxing twight spa experience at Aqua Sana Sherwood. First time visiting and made very welcome from arriving to the car park entrance. Lovely reception area and very friendly lady welcoming us to the spa. Welcome drink in the cafe, the menu was tempting so we had a platter and salads to share. Beautifully presented and delicious with faultless service. We will definitely be visiting again soon

    Relaxing with amazing staff
So relaxing, the treehouse is amazing with views over the forest. Don’t miss the forest glade room, tucked away amongst the beds upstairs. All the staff were lovely, but a big shout out to Carol in the cafe. She made our stay so special.

Perfect full day Spa experience for mum & daughter
Just back from a brilliant full day spa experience. Can't fault anything! Felt relaxed on entry, everything spotless and loved the refreshments on arrival. Pool gorgeous, all the sauna etc rooms were amazing. A few little sections out of order but not too problematic. Restaurant food and service excellent - thank you to all the team, we'll be back :)

The best Spa Day experience, with American levels of Customer Service
Exceeded all of our expectations! Welcoming, informative, sparkling clean and all round just wonderful. Everybody at Aqua Sana is interested in your visit being a pleasurable one, they all ask politely how your visit is going and if you’re having a nice time, even the lady changing towels in the changing rooms. Rita seemed to be everywhere bless her, and always very attentive. It’s the closest think I’ve experienced to American Customer Service here in the UK. The treatments were lovely, the various rooms were all great, we would definitely recommend. The restaurant was amazing, such attention to detail and extremely caring. The food was awesome, especially for me being Gluten Free, it was so nice to eat quality GF! Carol waited on us seamlessly, she was so nice. We had some great little chats throughout the day. Restaurant Manager Fran was superb, made us feel special and took time out to have a chat with us, making sure that we were being taken care of. You can feel that they’re a great team, they work so well together to make it a memorable experience. Well done to everyone at Aqua Sana, we can’t recommend it highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely stunning day. The spa is just the most serene beautiful place. Our lunch at Viatle was made even more special by Joanne, what a credit she is to the team. She made us feel extremely welcome and was so attentive throughout our lunch. A true credit. 5*

    Staff go above and beyond
Spent the afternoon at the spa on the afternoon tea package. The spa is lovely with plenty of different experiences and filled the afternoon. The afternoon tea was spot on and staff lovely and friendly. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and we got given free procecco by the staff which was a lovely surprise. We havnt been for 13 years and won't be leaving it as long this time....

Visited on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th March as part of a weekend at Sherwood Forest Centre Parcs. Have been a few times before and this was up there in terms of my experience. Spa was busy but there was plenty of places to relax and always found space on the experience rooms. We ate lunch in the cafe which was tasty and the service was good. Also had a deep tissue massage with Rachael which was really excellent, definitely one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

I’d love to give the Aqua Sana a higher rating but there is so much that could be improved. We visited on Mothers Day so could maybe expect it to be busy but it really was maxed out to the point where you just couldn’t go into some areas and at times, so many people piled in to a room you were virtually sitting on top of each other. Two of the experiences were out of order - which again probably contributed to more people accessing fewer spaces and generally making it more crammed. The changing rooms need more bench space and service in the cafe needs a vast improvement - slow to come and greet you and take orders, but in the plus side, the food is good and there is a good range of choices. The spa itself has some really great experiences- it’s just disappointing that you can’t fully relax because of the crowding and the fact that some people can’t seem to talk quietly! Will visit again but reducing capacity for sessions would probably turn this around to a five star review.

Always love my time at Sherwoods aqua sana. It's been a while since I came and it is has only got better. For the full sauna experience it is the best. Had a back massage with Charlotte which surpassed all others I have had (and i have had alot!). Only wish I could've had longer. Would absolutely recommend.

Visited today for a post Christmas, Pre birthday for myself and a friend!

First I’d like to say the robes and towels given are lovely, roomy and warm just what you need! I forgot my flip flops so for the grand total of £5.95 I now have a pair of Aqua Sana ones in the bag ready next time!

Secondly, wow the rooms are just gorgeous! People were friendly, and if we went in and it was lacking space everyone shuffled round etc really lovely spa etiquette! My favourite rooms were the Amethyst steam room followed by a face wash with ice! My skin feels incredible. We loved all the rooms, and the views were something else!

Thirdly we had afternoon tea, now the only pitfall is I would rather more savoury than sweet however I recognises my preference but it was all lovely! The scones were warm and freshly baked simply lovely.

I came out feeling so super relaxed, the spa followed by a lovely shower using complimentary shampoo etc was a lovely finishing touch.

We can not wait to return, thank you for a lovely experience!

We booked to have a 3 hour afternoon session for myself, husband and daughter and her partner.
The changing room is one open room in both the male and female changing rooms with no private changing room facility which I was really surprised about as my husband has a medical condition which means he needs privacy when getting changed. He had a choice of the toilet or the shower cubical, he chose the toilet but wasn’t great having to take your clothes off in room where people go to the loo. He couldn’t use the shower cubical as all were being used and there was a queue and also the room was too wet to take clothes off or off and no where to place them whilst doing this.
This caused undue stress and embarrassment. Shame as spoil what could have been a lovely afternoon.

I found this a really hard review to I’ve a rating. I had a hot stone massage one day and my husband and I went to the twilight spa session the next as part of our centre parcs holiday.

The massage was lovely and relaxing! Really lovely could have stayed for 2 hours! 5*!

However, the spa its self was not as relaxing as the last time we visited. The outdoor hot tubs were freezing and the pool wasn’t much better. The scents in the steam rooms were very strong to the point our tongues felt funny.

Although signs were up about no phones a lot of younger girls had them and were sat on them in darker relax areas. This is something that staff should be asking them to put away.
The same goes for large groups not using ‘spa’ voices.

The sleep meditation was lovely and overall we had a nice evening but I’m not sure the price tag was fair based on the issues above.

Aqua Sana is a truly amazing Spa. I’ve visited a few other big brand spas & none compare.
Today I visited solo whilst the family did activities on park. I had the most amazing hot stones massage by Carly. Very relaxing & she recommend some great products which I’ll be checking out in reception. Then rather than dashing back to busy life I decided to take 10 mins to myself & have a cuppa & cake in the Aqua Sana cafe. I was served by a lovely lady called Carol & wasn’t made to feel awkward for being on my own. She was very friendly & attentive & it finished my visit to the spa beautifully.

As someone who has attended this spa on many occasions, pre refurb also, I was disappointed this time.

The volume of people were too much. It did not make it a relaxing experience in the rooms on the ground floor. Although people were not talking loud it was just the amount of people having general conversations.

The hot tubs outside were cool, which isn’t a pleasurable experience when it is so cold outside. I got in and step straight out again.

The steam rooms with scents were too strong. I have never been where they have caused number of people to sneeze and couldn’t sit in them for long at all.

This was my husbands second time and he noticed the differences and said it wasn’t as relaxing.

Stayed for an overnight spa break with my husband. Overall great experience
First time doing the Aqua Sana break as previously have just booked the spa days. We had been to Sherwood spa some years previously and more recently Whinfell & Elvedon

The Sherwood Aqua Sana seems bigger than the others we’ve been to although would say there is more ‘chill out/relaxation’ areas here and more steam rooms in the other spas at Centerparcs
3 steam rooms on the ground floor and one on the first floor
Food at Vitalie cafe was lovely , the pastries were amazing and all table service. Only comment I’d make is the menu is very carb based - sandwiches / pasta/ afternoon tea so very few options for low carb diets

Also I can confirm some other comments on here that it’s possible to see into the ladies changing rooms from certain seats in the cafe so worth noting when deciding where to get changed

We visited Thurs - Fri. The first day was quite relaxed & quiet, the Friday much busier to the point I’d say slightly overbooked . Would definitely stick to mid week if doing the overnight break again. Some people seemed to have left their spa voices at home so interferes with the relaxation . Shame also that a few people feel the need to take their phones into the spa area despite lots of signage stating not to and being reminded of this on arrival

Outdoor pool is nice although could have been warmer, have been to Aqua Sana Whinfell many times and their outdoor pool is much warmer. Same goes for the outdoor hot tubs

Had a bit of snow in our first day. Would recommend bringing flip flops for moving around some of the outdoor areas
Tree top sauna fab with a great view of the forest

We had a treatment each - hot stone massage which was lovely. Also tried the guided meditation session which was included and was lovely & relaxing

Our accommodation was lovely we were allocated lodge 950 which is an exclusive one bedroom lodge so an upgrade from the Exec accommodation advertised for the spa break, spotlessly clean & Elemis toiletries in the bathroom . Also complimentary robes & slippers to keep& take home which were fab

Overall would definitely return

Went to Aqua Sana Thursday evening for a spa session and had a problem re booking in my daughter who wasn't staying at the village. Ended up having to pay for a day pass at a cost of £36 so that my daughter could get in.

The spa session was great as always.

Was advised to go to Guest Services to sort the problem and did this Friday morning but unfortunately they weren't very helpful.

Returned Friday morning to Aqua Sana to try to sort the issue, spoke to Maryanne who resolved the issue immediately. 10 out of 10 for her and her team
