Like every year, last holidays, I went to Brittany in France. The city where I always go is Saint-Cast le Guildo. We rented an appartement just in front of the beach of Pen Guen, it's a beach from 1km long, she's less long than the other one which is near the center of the city. From the window of the... More

one of the most dramatic place on earth , especialy during a stormy night , just watch were you walk as the cliff is very stiff, hence dramatic.

This is one spot where you can see hundreds of birds perched on a big rock. I have not counted them, though ;). If you want to take pictures of the birds you will need a superzoom camera, and I found that 1000 mm was barely enough.

Both impressive and beautiful. Nature at his best and the french authorities as well, keeping the site and preserving the flora.

The scenery is beautiful and if travelling from the West, the approach along the coast is increasingly attractive. You can climb the lighthouse for a better view but the view from the cliffs is prety impressive anyway. For car drivers, you have to pay to park; however cyclists are free and there is an excellent quality new cycle path all... More

The views are stunning but I am not sure its worth a special trip - if you are going to see Fort La Latte (which is well worth a visit) then its worth combining with that trip. There is a 2 Euro car park charge.

The majestic bluffs provide spectacular views of earth and sea, the gulls flying and soaring in the wind make this stop a must see for anyone traveling through Brittany!

Beautiful views across the Emerald coast from here. Just 2 euros to park. Can see for miles on a clear day. You can venture to the top of the lighthouse too for just a couple of euros. Recommend a visit.

Good place to walk around, have a go at building on the many stacks of balancing rocks and to admire the beautiful nature and structure of the lighthouse.

Worth a visit for the fantastic views, especially when the weather's nice. Some nice walks in the area too.
