Biathlon initiation is an activity that is accessible to all supervised by ESF instructors!
Shooting is done with pellet rifles, compressed air to hit targets 10m away.
The session will begin with shooting at rest to understand how it works and gain precision.
Whether you are a beginner or an expert, you will be able to improve your shooting accuracy!

la piste d'entrainement est accessible tout en respectant les athlètes à l'entrainement. A regarder on passe de très bons moments

Fans de biathlon, nous avons fait 3 séances pack family avec Jérémy : super prof, toujours la banane, explications super claires sur le skating (quels progrès nous avons fait suite à ses conseils, personnalisés pour chacun de nous quatre). Il donne ses petits trucs pour tirer à la carabine en tir couché et tir debout. Il est toujours positif sur nos résultats.
La dernière demi-heure est consacrée à des compètes en relais, contre d'autres familles ou groupes. Jérémy se prend vite au jeu et nous aussi, pour notre plus grand plaisir. Il est quasiment certain que nous reviendrons à Font-Romeu pour refaire du biathlon (et avec Jérémy, sinon rien!).
Que vous connaissiez le biathlon ou pas, allez-y sans hésitation, profitez du fait que les remontées soient fermées pour découvrir ce magnifique sport!
