After visiting the gardens at Fort St. Andre we were looking for a light lunch and a passing couple suggested looking for this spot. It was a bit hard to locate but what a find! A wonderful converted olive oil mill with inside and outside dining areas as well as shopping for olive oil and related products. Our "light lunches"... More

This is not a review of the (very good) restaurant which is under the same roof, and presumably run by the same people - the shop next to the restaurant is nice enough, and sells olive oil and the other things you would expect to find. You can also sit and have tea and there is a small menu, you... More

This is one of the worst places I have eaten in France and I have lived in the area for 14 years. Terrible service. mediocre food and sick price. You can eat better in the main square of Villeneuve than this place. Just terrible, I am angry and disgusted. i truly hated this place.

Traveling in Provence, we took the local bus from "La Poste" (post office) in downtown Avignon to Villeneuve-les-Avignon, across the river. Villeneuve is night-and-day superior to old Avignon (which was swarming with tourists, beggars, etc.). Villeneuve is immaculate, not swarming with hordes of people, architecturally stunning; we located Moulin a Huile and just about died and went to heaven. Olive... More

This is a very good bistro. the food is very good, and the atmosphere is fun. The town itself is really lovely, and worth walking around in. We found some interesting shops, and bought some gorgeous watches. We also bought olive oil in the shop connected with the bistro.

Eaten here a couple of times in the last few months. Waitstaff professional and friendly. Food really good with Provençal twists, desserts a real treat! I had the special Cepe menu and totally enjoyed it.
