Lovely. Lots of areas to sit. Central lake with jetty's. Large green lawns. Designated kids playground. Heaps of walking track to wander.

We found this park while strolling to the Hortillonnages. It is in the vicinity of the city centre with a lot of nice walkways, small lake and children playground.

A really nice park, when the weather is good. I was running there lots of times, it was really refreshing, but it was even good when we were just chilling with the friends after a long day.

The river Somme flows through the centre of Amiens and splits into lots of little streams. You can take a boat trip along the river - follow the signs for Hortillonages - and I understand that in days gone by they had a floating market...More
