Spectacularly large and worth visiting just for that. I have visited others with more stained glass and artworks but the sheer height of this one was breathtaking.

Was looking for somewhere to stay on the way back from Driving back from Switzerland and booked into the Ibis hotel, which is right across the road. My room looked onto this place. we got here late and was off early in the morning, so did not get chance to look inside, but great opportunity for photos at night as... More

Grossly damaged by war and extensively reconstructed, there are some wonderful treasures here. There is also a small gift shop. This is a huge building, allow plenty of time for a full visit.

The interior of this Church is beautiful and interesting.I visited just prior to a service and was made very welcome by the congregation. The exterior does not prepare you for the lovely interior.

Visited the Basilique today in Saint Quentin, whilst its exterior is magnificent its interior is not. It had some nice features but on the whole it was cold and lacked colour. I thought churches were places where there was life and joy/happiness this church did not give the impression of life or joy. Very sad I thought

The Basilica is beautiful and history of the building is fascinating. The story of how the Basilica was protected during the war years is very interesting.

So big, beautiful intricate windows - very impressive and very peaceful inside, plenty of time to sit & reflect if that is what you would like to do. Hardly a soul there when we visited and lots of upkeep being carried out externally which will be lovely when complete. Didn't deter from the visit & there is a spot to... More

The Basilique is under re-construction and we found it very odd that the outside masonry is being painted rather than cleaned. Inside the sheer size is almost overwhelming. It is medieval Gothic in design. I have highly rated this because there is something awe inspiring about the Basilique.

Beautiful, breathtaking building. Well worth a visit although personally not enamoured with obsession of displaying saints heads hands etc

We stayed in St Quentin whilst on a motorcycle tour and called in to have a look around this wonderful Basilique and truly magnificent building. The building is staggering and beautiful and you must call in to have a look around. Recommended.
