Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We enjoyed a few hours on l'ile verte. There are some small secluded beaches and the water is lovely and clear. We went on a very hot day and were glad to find that there was plenty of shade on the island amongst the trees. The terrain is very stony so not great for pushchairs etc, but with sturdy sandals or
you won't have a problem. We had lunch at the little restaurant there which was super but beware the cost if you order the fish. Our bill came to €80 for lunch with no starters or desserts. Don't forget, there are no toilets anywhere on the island, that includes the restaurant!

We had the most delicious lunch at the restaurant on Ile Verte. The friendly staff made us so welcome and we felt like we were in a mini paradise as we sipped our chilled Rose on a table overlooking the water! There was a good range of choices on the menu, which pleased everyone including my 20 mth old grand-daughter. I chose one of the fishes of the day, while others chose the burgers and the lobster (which was superb). My fish dish came with the most delicious home-made Ratatouille.
We thought we were too full for puddings but were glad we changed our minds as the ice-cream was some of the best we have had, particularly the Nougat one.
Overall highly recommended!

It is beautiful and interesting. A little small to spend all day. Beautiful beaches. Interesting views. Great for nature lovers and those who appreciate remote beaches.

i'm glad we did it and it was a pleasant experience but it didn't blow me away. The boat journey was short and jolly with a pleasant captain. The restuarant i felt could do with a little competition, tho there is nothing to stop you from taking a picnic and heading for the interior as many did.As the
previous reviewer said the lack of toilets at the restuarant is surprising and the request was met with a shrug of indifference

Amazing thin crust pizza, really nice food and a nice walk. The only down side is there are no toilets on the island so we had to cut the day short.
