I was at this beach for 5days the beach itself is clean and well presented with a lifeguard on duty during the day. there is a bus which stops close by but this runs only a few times a day so cannot be relied on so you need a car or a taxi there is plenty of caravan parking also a large YHA youth hotel nearby so plenty of accommodation in walking distance

YHA cafe is brilliant, and it has a toilet, the main beach one is closed out of season. Stunning views, and the car park is close and reasonably priced.

Had a great time at this beach today, making sure we visited at low tide (arrived 11:30AM) so plenty of room for our two goldies to run around and explore the many rock pools. This is a very clean beach with lovely sand and stunning rock formations on either side. Excellent facilities within the car park - a van selling hot food and drinks - my chicken burger was delicious! - and a very well stocked shop, both open until the end of this month. Also clean toilets just outside the car park. Mobile signal not good here so strongly recommend you bring change for the Pay and Display machine.

Visited this beach a couple of times for walks around the cliffs/coast path.
A large & dig friendly beach with plenty of parking in a field on the cliff side which gives you easy access to the beach.
Toilet facilities available & also plenty of food outlets.
A great Cornish beach.

The car park seems to be open as normal at the moment - pay at the meter on arrival.
Hello. Does anyone know if the food van is currently open please? Thanks

We are staying in our motorhome on a local campsite. If we wanted to visit for the day can we park our motorhome nearby or are there height barriers to the car park?

It’s about 6 miles . You can do lovely walks from both venues . I guess you need to factor in if you want a 12 mike walk ?
