Great for small children too

We were there thanks to the advice of our B&B. It was a wonderful experience with all 3 of our kids, in the middle of a green wood.

First time to see a theme park inside the forest. my son loves the place! The games are on a manual mode unlike other modern theme parks. i love the miniature villages and the slides. For older people, prepare for a long walk going to the entrance gate of the theme park. for tourists like us, come and visit this... More

there are not many rides in this park (in the moving thrill sort of thing) but just a handful - on the other hand - it has dozens of activities - from fairy tales, twisting mirrors, dinosaurs excavations - and also a splashing dolphin! the kids had a wonderful time!

There is a bit of a climb up a hill to get to the park and the first part of the park is for the small kids, which is nice, but is a bit overwhelming at first. Once you get your orientation going, it's easy to find the good stuff. Although it is limited in comparison to other themed parks... More

We visited for free with our Ruhpolding Card in July with our teenage daughter. It is a fairtytale park with a mixture of activities for mostly younger children but we had a blast! Loved the rollercoaster and dragon ride, all I can say is there are some very brave younger children both rides were great fun for grown ups too.... More

Very different to anything you'd find in the UK but lots to do for all ages of children, mix of rides and playgrounds (our daughter was 2 and we stayed 3 hrs) and free entry with an Extra card from our hotel in Ruhpolding. Toilets were pristine and restaurant OK. Only downside is the steep entrance path!

It's like Gardaland writ small, sprinkled with the Grimm brothers and Teutonic myths themes. Plenty of things for kids to see and do, especially kids aged from 3 and up and even for the adults as well. Trampolines, slides, rope bridges, animated puppets, archery, ball tossing contests, a small rollercoaster... all that on a wooded slope in the Bavarian Alps.... More

Our kids loved the halfday we spent here almost as much as they loved Legoland even if here you find the old-style games not the hightech ones. Worth the visit, the little town as well!

It is an amusement park for young children. A lot o dioramas made mostly in wood are accompanied with stories and music. But all is in German. You can find there all the major german children stories. The attractions are also for small ones that can play in the woods, shoot at target, chase the crystals, ride some funny bikes... More
