I went for 3 days to this school and have to say the coaching of Jamie, Matteo and Luciano was awesome. I do sports my entire life and had very few coaches that explained stuff that simple, yet effective.
The progression over each day was great and they coached very individual depending on everyone's skill level. In the end I booked 2 more days even though I wanted to go diving in the first place.

Me and my girlfriend attended 3 days course. We had really good time and enjoyed the course a lot. Mateo and Luciano were excellent trainers and had attention to detail. They gave us many tips how to improve our skills. 110% recommended! Thanks a lot guys :)

It's been a couple of months since my last trip to Lanzarote where I took lessons with Luciano and Dan, and thinking back still makes me happy. As always a great experience (it's been my second or third time with them), lots of fun in the water with these super professional and friendly guys. 100% recommend and already planning my next trip with lessons at their school.

Surf School Lanzarote provides an impeccable and professional experience. My 12 year old daughter spent 5 days with Jamie, Luciano and Matteo as an absolute beginner. She relished the experience and couldn't wait to return each day. Group sizes are capped so that instruction can be tailored to each participant's level and needs. The experience provided by Jamie, Luciano and Matteo instilled in her a love for the sport which she wants to continue. We will return without hesitation.

I had the chance to try surf in Lanzarote with this fantastic school in August. It was a great experience, I found the coaches Dan and Jamie very professional and capable to teach in few steps the most important rules you have to know to go surfing. As a beginner , I felt I was really followed, so I could get the confidence to deal with some waves! If you are a beginner too, I deeply recommend to try this school, you want regret it!

Husband was here 25 years ago with his parents. Lovely to see its still run by the same family. We had 10 year daughter, 12 year son, mum and dad. Mixed level of boarders in the group ranging from no experience or very experienced. Instructors were all incredibly good and patient. I can safely say after a few hours in the water all of us got up on our feet surfing. Great fun day out for the family. Will definitely return next time on Lanzarote. Thanks team

Cannot recommend this school highly enough; whether you are an improver looking to hone technique and learn new skills or a beginner with little to no experience - their teaching methods are the best IMO and going to these guys first will mean you don’t pick up habits or techniques that will inhibit your surfing as you try and process.

Excellent surf school for beginners/improvers. High standard of teaching with a good mix of practical and theory. As an improver surfer I was looking to get some good advice on progression and I came away from a 4 day course with plenty to work on. Big thanks to Dan, Luciano and all the SSL team!!

Just finished 4 day course with Dan and Luciano. We arrived as intermediate surfers looking to improve, Dan had lots of great advice which was showed to us on land and then into the water. Brilliant experience and would highly recommend.

I have spent 4 fantastic days in Lanzarote in teh Caleta de Famara to improve my surfing with the Surf School Lanzarote. This is the oldest surf school in the island and is managed by Jamie and Dan Jones, the sons of the great Tim Jones, the founder of the school. The coaching is amazing and very well organized. After the warming up session in the beach, you do practice on the jump, pumping, maneuvers etc.. This part is fundamental as it gives the basis to apply in the water. A lot of time is then spent in the water applying what learned. Emilio, Luciano and Dan ware amazing coaches, super passionate, professional and very patient.
A very important part is also dedicated to the security aspects in the water while surfing, how to behave in the water, what can be done and what shall never be done.
This school is highly recommended for all level surfers. I will certainly come back.

sto programmando una vacanza alle Canarie e mi piace l'idea di fare del surf, ma ho delle perplessita per quanto concerne l'ubicazione - lanzarote- è facile, veloce ed economico spostarsi da un isola all'altra?
Vorrei fare dei tour per vedere anche le attrazioni delle altre isole.
