My husband built his own knife. The woman guiding him through the process was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, gave clear instructions, demonstrated the process, but let him complete the knife on his own. She checked his work after various steps in the process to make...More

This was our surprise program (got from friends) and we loved it. In the museum we got informations about the Swiss Army Knifes from the early times and could see the world's most little&biggest knife. But the best was that we could make our own...More

The museum display downstairs is most interesting especially the section where you can assemble your own knife. The upstairs area is just a retail shop. The Jo Brand lookalike saleswoman is most odd for thinking I wanted to buy another knife the same as I...More

Got a good English tour of the facility. The tour guide was very informative and the presentation well laid out. There was a short film in the middle of the tour and we also watched someone design their own knife.
