We visited the thermal bath with family end of October. The kids loved the water slides, but, honestly, there are better ones in other places. The floors were very dirty, there are no foot baths before entering the main pools, so everyone brings his own foot dirt into the pool. I let you imagine what this means at the end... More

Yes it was Tuesday morning and non school holidays so this helped. 90% of those at the spa before 10 am were 60+.... More

I've visited Burgerbad Thermal Baths and Spa in Leukerbad several times during 6 month my stay in the Valais region this year. My first experience will always be my fondest. A snowy afternoon in Mid-April, almost blizzard like conditions up in the mountain. But the bizarre feeling of stepping into a hot pool in your swimming shorts whilst there is... More

Amazing place to spend a day......value for money. Quite a drive to get up the mountain, but well worth it. And you could take the bus rather than drive. Combination of warm and cold pools just terrific, and then there's the views.......

our day spent there offered us the relaxation we were looking for, we went in july and the sun was up offering beautiful mountains landscapes, the restaurant was poor and expensive, but overall we enjoyed our stay. the place is clean and offers many diffrent things re thermals baths

The offer for water is nice but it lacks of wheelchair access and the prices are really too high for a whole family. It is a funny place for water lovers and there are many things to do in 3 hours. Then it's not that experience.

We went here on a day that was a little more overcast as we were advised that the hot pool water can be overwhelming on a very hot day, and it was good advice. It was CHF70 for an all day ticket for a family of 4. It was nice and clean with plenty of lockers and changing rooms. Plenty... More

We've been there in July and just wonder how splendid it is in winter! The water is too warm and very clean! The staff is great. All possessions were safe and we had a great time! Do try all levels of the complex, the baths have different temperature. We especially enjoyed the contrast baths for feet and hands. The kids... More

We visited with three children, and felt it was bordering on expensive for admission, but that the facilities were excellent. Two of our children were free and the staff member advised us to buy a family pass for all day to save us admission fees which was kind. Lots for both children and adults. The view is incredible, and the... More

Went here (now called Leukerbad Therme) for a 3 hour excursion the day after a 7.5hr hike in Zermatt. The baths were wonderful and offered so many relaxing options. Being nestled in the the heart of the Swiss Alps, the views from the pools were fantastically stunning! It was during the off season so the baths were not crowded and... More
