Went there because my wife told me last time she went there it was a paradise. We arrive there on the Sunday, Jan 14th. The city was doing an event for tourists and local residents with very loud music with obscene lyrics. I know, some people enjoy that but I was looking for clear and fresh water, good food and a place to play with my kids and we couldn't stand the music, the constant noise of motorcycles speeding round the lagoon and the unwelcoming atmosphere. Definitely it doesn't pay off the driving on dirty roads and traffic to get there.

This lagoon is simply amazing. Water is cristal clear and so warm that you won´t want to go out. There are two spots to stay there, one more crowded and another more calm. You can rent a stand up paddle or a kayak. Definitivelly worth a visit.
