Highest Go Ape in the country plus NEW Forest Segways It's so high you can see all the way to Scotland. Enjoy a Tree Top Adventure with us in our beautiful forest, riding zip slides through skies, over water and in England's only true mountain forest. We're sure you'll love the spectacular views of the Lake District. Swinging through the canopy, wiping out at the bottom of zip wires and going on an adventure brings people together like nothing else we've ever seen. It really does. We'll brief you for safety before you fly down our zip-wires, leap off our Tarzan Swing and tackle our crossings whilst enjoying some of Britain's most breathtaking scenery. And you can get off road and enjoy our epic forest adventure with Go Ape Forest Segway - an awesome segway experience in the Lakes with a down to earth twist. A great idea for a day out in the North Lakes (and home to Bassenthwaite ospreys), this is Go Ape at its most untamed.

We went to Go Ape as a large stag party with some men experienced climbers and others who have done very little outdoor activities. The safety demonstrations were clear and not condescending, and the staff were very friendly. What was handy was that at various points of the course participants had a choice of degrees of difficulty. The obstacles were... More

We arrived to a warm welcome , we were shown the ropes by Steve and he looked after us well. Once we mastered the Blue and Red we were on our way - constantly looked over which was great for the not so confident in our 11 strong group. Brilliant experience

Not as difficult as you might think. Listen to the staff, remember to stay clipped on and relax and enjoy. We have done Go Ape in a few different locations and this is one of the best. A lovely setting and friendly staff.

This Go-Ape might not be the biggest but it sure makes up for it in fun and location! A really well run experience with friendly staff and amazing route through the steep forest environment.

Booked this for part of my sisters hen party adventure and it was perfect.. As always staff very friendly.. No hassle booking and when we got there one person had to drop out as they were ill. The staff were quick and helpful in organising a refund. Can't fault it.. Just wish that it was a bit longer!!

If you want to feel like a bit of a chimpanzee then this is the place to visit. Fun and thrills for all ages. 15 year old, 47 yr old and 58 yr old all had a go so there's no excuse. Course is good and well marked. Allow between 3 and 4 hours, you don't have to rush, but... More

We found this place of fun in the summer, it's just great active fun for all the family, with lots of activities, from a nice walk in the forest, to walking and swing through the the branches on very safe walk ways and swings, cycle tracks for all abilities, just great and finish off in the snack bar. Well worth... More

Feel terrified but safe, a good selection of crossings with different activities on each. Well planed and carefully organised. Briefing is excellent and your progress is monitored with staff on the ground who can help if needed.
