Excellent and easy service. It was easy to book online, and the on-site service was fantastic. The bikes were amazing, and we had lots of fun on the trails.

We recently started riding trails and wanted to try E mountain bikes. There are a few places around keswick that rent them (and a little cheaper) but the location of cyclewise at the start of the Whinlatter trails makes it unbeatable. We had such a great day, the bikes we hired were great and the team very helpful and knowledgeable about both the bikes and the trails. We’ll be back to try the black routes next year!

We hired 4 bikes. Two adults and two teens. The bikes were in excellent condition, easy to use and a lot of fun. We went on the blue trail, which was great fun mixed with a bit of work to get back up. We got very muddy which added to the fun. Brilliant few hours in the woods. We even spotted a fawn amongst the trees.

Hired a couple of Cube hardtail mtb's for me and my son. The team at cyclewise were excellent, swapping over their standard flat pedals, so we could use SPD's. Additionally I ordered 2nr small size frames but in reality we needed medium and this was no problem for the team. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.
