We have been there on the end of june 2016 with Toyota Hilux and the road from Opuwo was quite normal as any gravel roads in Namibia. There are some narrows and bumpy bridges across dry rivers but there is reduced speed to 30 km and it is really good not to drive faster.Other road was OK and Epupa falls is a place which is worth to see.In our lodge was 3 camper cars also without problems.
