This is the essential tour for wine enthusiasts at any level. The tour begins with a history lesson in Malta and wine then discusses the Cassar family and their journey into making world class wines. The cellar tour was well done with a great education on the wine making process and the in-depth look at the process of making fine sparkling wine. The tasting with a platter of local delicacies was the highlight of an enjoyable experience. We tasted some amazing wines with local specialties that made the experience unique. Ensure you taste the locally sourced olive oil with the bread, simple delicious. Ensure to pick up several bottles of wine at the end to bring home.

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.

Claudio Micci, the events coordinator, gives a lovely small group tour and tasting of their process and delicious wines. They can also do small private group dinners. Because they produce very small quantities, they don't export, so you must go in person to try their wines.

We did the full experience tour in the afternoon and it was super nice! A good variation of wines to taste paired with delicious Maltese platters. Highly recommended for wine-lovers, who want to get a bit a feeling of Maltese wine and its background.

We did a wine & tasting experience at Marsovin, and can only recommend it.
We were accompanied by an expert sommelier who spent almost 2 hours with us and told us about Marsovin wine, but also about the wine in Malta.
The tasting takes place in a very nice wine bar/room down in the cellar.
The 5 wines we tasted were excellent and we discovered some interesting new flavours (autochthonous grape Gellewza!). The tasting came with a generously plate of maltese cheese and cold cuts.
We definitely recommend it!

We love doing proper tastings when we have the opportunity - and this did not disappoint.

For 20 euros each, we had a talk, a tour, and then 3 glasses of wine (red, white, rose) plus generous well-matched snacks to go with them. Good value.

If you really like different wines, or are very into them, you might want to pay for the longer, more intensive wine-tasting. This cost substantially more at 60 euros - but you get 4 premium wines, plus a sparkling wine, plus quite a bit more food (think “lunch”).

If you know very little about wine then this is the tour for you. If you know a lot about wine then this is also the tour for you. Marsovin is a high quality Maltese wine producer and their products are not available for export. We visited for a birthday gift for a family member and enjoyed it very much. Compared to other vineyard tours in France, Marsovin was our best experience. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. As well as a range of excellent red and white wines we also sampled the delicious sparkling wine accompanied by a nice selection of cheeses and olives. Marsovin also makes an excellent olive oil which we brought home along with our favourite wine. Some artworks from local artists decorate the main reception room and details of the artists on the Marsovin website would be useful. The tour takes about 75 minutes. There is a narrow spiral staircase to the production area which might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

This is an absolute must to experience when visiting or living in Malta. The staff, the family, the wines are absolute top-notch. The venue itself is perfect, no matter the size of the group.
Our guides were incredibly knowledgeable, funny and sweet. We're very impressed and highly recommend this place 💖🍷

Excellent wine tasting experience. Giselle & Stefan were not only experts in their field but enthusiasts about wine. Wonderful afternoon spent sampling Malta’s finest wines and nibbles. Excellent, would highly recommend.

Marsovin is one of the main wineries in Malta and it is located near Valletta, the main town of the island. I came here to do a taste of some wines, but pitifully, I only can taste two of them in the shop due to the winery is closed at the weekend. Really, the place seems veery beautiful and interesting, so I try to visit it next time.

We booked the tour in the wine cellar and tasting of 3 wines. The host was great and the tour was interesting.
The wines were all different taste. A little cheese and olives were just right.
The tour was about 2h. There are bottles available for purchase after the tour.
I would highly recommend the Antonin red wine!
