I had the pleasure of completing a 3 months chef course at the academy in the summer of 2016. The experience was truly life changing, beating all my expectations. The kitchen is very professionally equipped, and all ingredients were fresh and at high quality. The chef is friendly and highly knowledgable, and the lessons were 100% practical. We covered a... If you're like me - an amateur chef who has not taken a class before - In 3 hours you will learn basic cooking techniques that you must have, while being... More

Spent the morning cooking doing the veggie menu. Made 4 delicious Tuscan dishes and had a great time cooking with 2 fantastic and knowledgable instructors. Highly recommend!

Cooking under Maurizio's expert and charming tutelage in his professional kitchen was a highlight of our visit to Tuscany. He was assisted by his pastry apprentice, Andrea. Rather than making only pasta or only pizza (more typical options at other schools), we made a 3 course Tuscan meal. We couldn't wait to eat what we were smelling, which was pepposo,... More

Seven colleagues and I were blessed to have Chef Maurizio instruct us in a very instructional and educational cooking class. With every plate we created under the direction of Maurizio, we received kudos and encouragment. Our menu was delicious! Chef Maurizio is a great and patient professional. YES, YES, YES run to The International Chef Academy of Tuscany for your... More
