The king's palace, like the royal palace, is very modest. The visit offers its visitors a unique look into a few pages of Rwanda's history. It is nice to combine this visit with the visit to the royal palace.

Well informed guide explained the history and expansion of Rwanda together with how the original kings palace was designed and used. The 1930’s building was interesting but the starts of the show were undoubtedly the long horn cattle

Nice place for relax, enjoyment, meeting and workshop! Bavarages and meal are so cheep! I would advise every body who likes to have funny and for mind relax to step in this area and let his/her mind enjoy the climate!

The king moved into a modern palace in the 1930s after the colonialization, and it still stands in perfect form, minus the furniture that was looted in the genocide. You cannot take photos inside, but there is a nice historic theme carrying from the time...More

Please come and visit the palace. When you arrive, remember they charge each photographic equipment including camera and cell phone. A guide from a reception will escort you and explain to you all the historic house, history, culture. I love to see the royal cattle,...More
