About
A working alpaca farm. We have 32 alpacas, 32 chickens and two dogs. We offer Alpaca Meet and Greet, alpaca walks and alpaca adoption. Want to know more about our alpacas and life on the farm? It’s time to get up close and personal with our friendly herd of animals, join in with their daily activities, and even treat them to a bite to eat. With a private tour of the farm, our meet and greets are the perfect opportunity to learn about our animals, what food they like, where they sleep and how we keep them happy and healthy. We’ll not only introduce you to our alpacas and their hilarious personalities, you’ll get to meet all the animals on the farm. We’ll teach you how to feed, handle, and communicate with your new friends – ask as many questions as you want! Our farm meet and greets last approximately one hour and cost £12 per adult and £6 for children under 16. Alpaca walks are £30 to walk an alpaca or £40 for 2 people to share an alpaca. Booking is essential.

We had an absolutely amazing experience here with all our family. It was so much fun and Angela was so informative and interesting that the children just loved listening to her. She was just so welcoming from start to finish that she helped make the whole experience an awesome one.
There was so much interaction with all the animals for every one to enjoy.
Really can't recommend this place enough, definitely worth a visit if you are considering it. Thank you very much again Angela from the Beynon family.

Greeted with a huge welcome. Safety talk was thorough and Angela our host was amazing with my children. Literally an immersive experience; hands on and prepare to be surrounded by chickens, goats and the incredible alpacas. Views were beautiful and the hour flew by so quickly.
Highly recommend and will be going back definitely.

We had an amazing morning with Angela and the herd of Alpacas. We walked an Alpaca each (Alaska and Fredrick), which was actually alot easier than waking our dogs!

They are friendly gentle creatures and Angela's knowledge really added to the experience.

We also got to feed the resident goats and chickens which was also fun!

Go and try this! We had the best time 😊

This is a great place to see/walk/feed/interact with the Alpaca herd. Angela has an awful lot of knowledge about these lovely animals, and they all have their own personality. We walked 'Alaska' and then got to feed them all - well, the ones who are happy to take food from your palm, which is most of them. Also get to meet the goats, chickens and they like the food as well. Many thanks to Angela for a really great afternoon at your farm.

It was windy and a bit wet but we received a warm welcome from Angela. Sweet Home Alpaca has been in existence since 2020 and they have plenty of adorable alpacas. Angela knows her subject and you will learn plenty about these lovely furry creatures, aided by her two helpers. The walk is around the perimeter of two fields, and afterwards you can help feed the alpacas either by placing food in their tray or they will eat out of your hand. The farm is also home to some cute little goats who also love a handful of food, and an assortment of chickens that certainly aren’t shy when offered a handful of food. And you can cwtch a hen. We spent a wonderful couple of hours on the farm, highly recommended as a de-stressing activity.

We had a wonderful time today at Sweet Home Alpaca (what a great name btw!!!). We contacted Angela after finding the website, she booked us in via WhatsApp; quick, easy and efficient.

Upon arriving, we were warmly welcomed along with a group of farm volunteers and introduced to our charges for the next couple of hours… I was handed Alfie, (by the end of the trek we were on informal terms and he asked me to call him “Al”; true story!)… my wife and daughter were given Coco… equally handsome and as well behaved as “Al”!

We trekked around talking with Angela; her passion and enthusiasm for her business and life with her Alpacas is second to none, we laughed for the whole time!

Most impressively, Angela walked for the majority of the trek with her young son strapped to her front, asleep; what a fabulous environment to raise a family - we were in awe.

Alongside the Alpaca trek we also fed chickens, goats and also her whole herd of Alpacas and Crias (baby Alpacas) and finally her two dogs who were delightful.

If you happen to be in, our around the area, we cannot recommend a visit to Sweet Home Alpaca highly enough - what a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. You’ll be treated to a slice of heaven and come away feeling that all is well with the world!

Thank you Angela, it was fantastic to meet you and your family. Good luck with your future Alpaca plans!

This was a highlight of our week in Pembrokeshire. We booked to walk alpacas, not realising we'd also get to feed them, as well as the goats and chickens. The animals are well looked after, the chickens have been rescued from a battery farm and now they get to roam free! Their eggs are for sale so bring cash! We loved it and will be back.
