If you want to find out how the wines are prepared and the Cremants are made then book a tour and also sample a free drink, you will learn a lot.

Interesting guided visit in the cellars and lunch on the restaurant terrace, overlooking the river Moselle. Lovely location and tasty food, including fresh asparagus and whitebait.
