We have just returned from a fantastic ski trip to Morzine where we recruited the services of Tom from BASS and we were not disappointed!! Prior to our holiday I had made enquiries into ski school for our 4 year old with several companies. Sadly due lack of interest in others needing ski school for his age group this particular... This was my second year skiing with Bass. Last year I joined group lessons and really enjoyed the teaching we had from Tom. Who was really encouraging even if we messed up. So when I returned to Morzine again this year I decided to have a private lesson. Even when I actually forgot to pay, so the booking hadn't been... More

I was so impressed with my BASS ski instructor, Adam. As I have avoided skiing all my life, I had some lessons with Adam and he was amazing. Very kind, but no condescending, and gave me lots of encouragement, confidence and support to learn. I could not believe that, only on the second lesson with him, I was skiing down... More

We had three lessons with George in Morzine; mixed group of three of us (Adrian, Ali and Matt) including one beginner. George was patient, great at simplifying the technical aspects and best of all, massively positive. Great feedback after each run and really helpful intros and instructions for the next. Confidence levels improved hugely with our beginner, Matt, confidently skiing... More

Thanks for your feedback. Having a mixed ability lesson can sometimes prove to be tricky, but with your team of experienced instructors, they will always find a workable solution offering suitable challenges for all so that you all gain from tuition and have value for money. Just returned from a weeks skiing in Morzine where a friend & I booked 2x2hrs private lessons, I found the booking process very straightforward & liked that they asked about what level we thought we were so they had an idea before we arrived, we were given Tom as our instructor, we couldn't have asked for a better one, Tom... Chose to have english ski school as they asked questions before hand on your level of skiing and didnt just make you ski down a hill to assess your level of ability. Was with Tom Watts who was very good at explaining how to improve. Had 3 afternoons which was enough.

Thanks for your comments. We hand pick skiers to match as closely as possible with regard to experience level and ability, which is an important part of the group set up process. Once on the hill, our instructors will fine tune groups making sure everyone is in the correct learning environment suited to their level and ability. All the above... More

We came out to Morzine for 5 days - one of us had never skiied before and the other hadn't for years. We chose BASS due to numerous positive online reviews as well as personal recommendations - they couldn't have been more right, we were really impressed! Our instructor Tom was great - he focussed on the weaker skier but... More

Thanks for your comments and feedback. We advise same level skiers sharing private tuition as the lesson is geared towards the level of the weaker skier and on terrain suited to that level and ability. But our instructors will always provide suitable challenges for all, making sure all gain from tuition and have value for money. We're so pleased that... More

We're so pleased that you felt the benefits following the children's lessons with Bass Morzine & Les Gets. We try and encourage skiers, building on their confidence, giving them the skills to carry on outside of the lesson environment on their own without the instructor! We hope to ski with the children again soon. More
