A fantastic visit to Long Island. Able to snorkel at Dean's Blue Hole. Amazing to walk from beach to this deep ocean wonderland. Out of pitch black depth comes giant schools of colorful fish, rays, turtles. I could spend hours there....and I did.

One of a kind experience. It is what drew us to Long Island. However, don't plan to dive! We were lucky that we tagged along with a group that had come down from a dive shop in Stella Maris and rented a tank. Otherwise, there...More

It is 150 miles from Nassau, so it would use a lot of fuel. Cheaper to fly there and explore Long Island. Check out Bahama Dreamin for somewhere to stay.
