My wife and I visited on St Davids day. Great it was free entrance. We founfd this place on our way to abergavenny and were were so glad we did. Its well worth a visit. It takes you back to a different age.

Visited the Castle and the house the house is fantastic and well worth a visit The custodians are excellent and will answer all your questions and the lay out of the rooms is excellent

We debated whether to go or not, but so glad we did! A fascinating visit in a stunning location. Particularly enjoyed the 1470s great hall. Don't pass this place by!

I don’t think We have ever been greeted with so much enthusiasm and knowledge of the site that we were visiting It is quite a wonderful ruin and an amazing tower and the house is undoubtedly the best bit Really well worth a visit
