Lovely day out. Plenty of animals nice shops and garden centre. Nice way to spend a couple of hours. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals.

In 2016 There is a dog bite one of the kid and the one of staff punished the dog,In 2018 I saw the dogs in the cage.

Trainers or a casual shoe would be fine. Our footwear did not get very dirty.
