Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The statue could be seen at night from the Hotel Dann Carlton. This was the highlight of our visit to Bucaramanga. We arrived in the early evening and took the cable car up the mountain. The ride was terrific and the view spectacular.
There was dancing and music filled the area. After sunset, the water light show started.
It was fascinating to watch as the music was choreographed to the water display. Seeing the statue was a moving experience and viewing the city below in the evening was a sight I will not forget.

The actual entrance is at the bottom of the mountain. Not a lot of info on that. If you go by car to the top of the mountain is not worthy and the road is pretty bad. Entrance includes two way cable ride. Nice view of the city. a good place to relax for a while. Lots of stairs. Extra money to go to the top of the statue.not much for children but adults would appreciate it.

This is a cool attraction you should not miss, when you are visited Bucaramanga, Colombia. The cableway ride towards the mountain is around 15 minutes. We visited around 6PM and were able to catch the sunset when we reached the top. Once the sun sets, you will enjoy an impressive view of Bucaramanga and the metropolitan area from the top. The statue of El Santisimo is around 40 meters high. The water-fountain show is also cool. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

The ride on the cable car was a bit too much since I dont like heights although the view is amazing. Its a short ride and you are greeted right away. The statue is amazing and imponent . For an additional price you pay to go inside the statue and go up to enjoy the view. There was a water / lights show , very cool and high tech. There are souvenirs stores , a few restaurants as well. However its a place for a short visit , the highlight of the place is the view of the city and maybe a nice meal up there. I had a lovely time but I think its a place to visit one time .

A great place with a view overlooking most of Bucaramanga from one of the higher points in the mountains that is accessible. There is the Clausen Brewery, which was the first place to brew beer in mass production, a vintage car museum, and the Santisimo statute and fountains. A great place to spend a few hours and soak up history and beautiful scenary

Excellent place to visit with family or friends. There are two ways to arrive, either by going to the old house at the base of the mountain and then taking the cable way or going im car by the side road through a rough curvaceous road. There is a restaurant with prices around $25.000 to $40.000. Tickets cost $22.000 and for people over 60 costs $11.000. Great place to take pictures and pray!

It’s a beautiful place with amazing views of Bucaramanga. The cable car ride was also nice. The best time to go there is in the evening so you can enjoy day view, sunset view, and night view of the city.

I loved the cable car ride. The statue itself was a bit kitschy -- enormous and clearly expensive to build. But the views were glorious.

This is sort of a major tourist attraction, but you wouldn't know it based upon the condition of the road to get to the parking lot, it's in pretty sad condition, just take your time and you should be okay.
We were just there last week, on a weekday, and there wasn't much traffic/people to deal with at all. The Tram to the top of the mountain only operates during set times of the day, so you may have to wait.
Once you arrive at 'the top', via the tram, you'll still need to walk further up hill to the statue.
There were some shops at the top with beverages, snacks and souvenirs.
The ride to the top of the statue is additional, we paid 20,000 COP per person, kids were cheaper. I believe there is a 15 minute time limit, at the top, but we were not kept to that, probably due to the low traffic... there were only 4 guests.
The view from the top of the statue is great. you can see almost all of Bucaramanga and the adjacent towns, and quite a bit more. This is probably a great spot for sunset views. (the elevator operator showed us some photos, and they looked great)
The elevator operator spoke English and Spanish and shared many interesting points about the area and what you could see.
The park has a water fountain, and they do light shows every night (We didn't wait around for that)
The Statue itself is massive, but we must have caught the low season, as he is supposed to be standing on water, that part was empty and not functioning.

Alguien sabe el costo actual del teleférico par subir al Ecoparque Cerro del Santísimo ? No entendí bien, varios hablaron de "subir" en el teleférico, pero hablan de "bajar" a pie, es acaso que no se puede bajar en el teleférico ?
