Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Secret Art Garden, Pak Chong: You can always trust Thailand to dish up some of the quirkiest, zaniest finds. How do you describe Secret Art Garden? It’s a large sprawling space with art exhibitions, vintage pieces, creative and fun decorative pieces, a cafe and a lot of mosquitoes. How did the creator dream up the pieces? It’s 100baht per pop and it’s a curious walk through the mad garden. #eatstylishtravelstylish

The Art Garden is an artificial forest, created since 1984. A lovely oasis with art objects outside and a number of galleries and a museum. The focus is on watercolor, and one can see how many young artists have contributed. Paintings are on display and also for sale. Inside the park is a lovely restaurant. The place is certainly worth a visit if you are in Kao Yai.

It’s definitely a great place to stroll around if you love arts. When we were there, they were promoting watercolors art. Well known artist are there to show their creation.
A very warm welcome by the owner of the place. It’s his dreams that made him owns this little paradise.
You will only have to pay bht 100 per person to enter, reasonable as they need to maintain the place. And the lunch they served is great too especially the pork steak.

A getaway to 'Mother Nature', this Secret Art Garden is the right place. You will see the greens, flowers and art work being displayed along the various gardens. Enjoy a quiet moment with nature and at the Art Gallery.

Very close to the white Buddha temple, we decided to make a visit in the late morning. A free carpark is available at the entrance. Entrance fee is 100 baht per person. It is reasonably large and you could sensed that the owner put in a lot of effort to create a nice getaway to realise the mystical secret garden. However, there are clear signs of neglect and many exhibits have not been maintained, including pathways and the numerous ponds. Being a garden, the maintenance would require a fair number of workman and it's attending cost. Clearly the garden had seen better times.

Worth a visit to view all the art pieces. The pieces are scattered all around the garden. They have interesting pieces made from wood, pots, metal, clay etc. I enjoyed the visit.

This place was chosen by my girl and she had a number of praises from a lot of people when we visited the place as most of us like the place very much. They have tall tress, hence it was not v hot for us as we went in early morning.
There is different themes in the garden and we had truely enjoyed ourselves in all the themes. It was really interesting that they can make a variety of materials, such as pots, wood etc into art. And it was really well done!
There are also not a lot of people, so we can really take v nice photos.
There is also an interesting playground make of wood and the kids can really play there. I can see the amount of effort that the owner has made.
Excellent place! Strongly recommend to visit this place.

For us, this was a pleasant escape from Khao Yai's sunny afternoons. We stopped by for lunch; which was average, although the fish was good. After lunch, we strolled around the place as it was shady and hence cooling.
By the looks of it, this place is under-maintained. There were many ants. Personally, the entry ticket was a little overpriced.

We almost did not make it there, as the road leading to this place was long and winding. We paid the 100 baht to enter, the sheer size and variety of installation piece would slowly overwhelm you.
The owner family who bought this plot of land to develop into a private garden should be commended! Unlike other more commercial places, you could spend the whole afternoon enjoying the discovery walk...
