Wow, what a stunning castle. We visited here after a disappointing experience with the gwili steam train trip. The Castle is magnificent. At £4 each for entry, we thought it was great value for money. Well worth a visit.

We love castles so this was on our list while visiting Wales and we were not disappointed. Beautiful architecture ad stunning surrounding views. We happily spent over an hour here and only cost £4. Would highly recommend a visit if you're in the area!

A very good place to visit, however, some areas are hard on those of us Veterans! Steep climbs and tricky doorways meant certain areas were out of bounds for me... But despite this, an enjoyable visit all round.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Good historic timeline indoors. Would have liked more details outdoors about the different areas of the castle. All ages had a good time.

We always visit this castle when in the area. The views out across the estuary are simply amazing whatever the weather or the state of the tide, and watching the sheep and ponies down on the mud flats is always entertaining. The Salt Marsh lamb...More
