On arrival there was no reception or notices. We went to the main site which was about three quarters full. We picked a pitch away from as many as possible and got things sorted. The ground was very marshy...which was the least of my concerns....More

Was directed here for an afternoon walk and it is beautiful old ruins, rivers lakes forest and lovely gorgeous well kept gardens. I live an hour away in Belfast so I will be making more frequent visits.

For entrance fee there is the walk &children's play park No upgrade Or environmental change in 30 years! Not even a temporary shelter down by the lake Both castle garden &butterfly garden in need of a real tidy up & weeding!
