The atmosphere, the friendly faces, the singing, the cosy rooms, friendly staff, reasonable prices for drink, and the way you can just walk in and fit in makes this pub a regular haunt for us. We love regular jaunts to cushendall to enjoy Johnny Joe's.
From entering the premise, bar lady and company really an amazing little gold mine for hospitality service and friendliness.
The Guinness was exquisite as a novice trying for the second time.

Over the years whenever we visited family in Cushendall Johnny Joes has always been the highlight of our visit. We had a fab family reunion at the restaurant upstairs. This is also a great place to eat - excellent menu + venue. We have also enjoyed the music - in fact one of my favourite cd's was bought there - it features an Irish singer from Ballymena. The folk there were so helpful and service was excellent. We found that the Glens Hotel in Cushendall were also amazing in organising a big reunion dinner and dance. In all a small place like Cushendall is the greatest place to have a large event.
