We did a private Game of Thrones Tour which included a visit to the Giants' Causeway. We were very interested in history, culture, and scenery, in addition to Game of Thrones sites, and this tour provided all of that.
Our driver and guide was Dean, and he was excellent. We visited many beautiful sites and ruins, including some spots that would have been inaccessible in a large coach. Some highlights were the Binevanagh Lookout, Downhill Dumesne and the Mussendem Temple, Dunluce Castle, Ballintoy Harbour, Larrybane Quarry, and, of course, the Giants' Causeway.
Dean has studied history, so he was very informative and had interesting stories about many of the places we visit. He is also a longtime resident of the area. Furthermore, he has family members who were extras in the show, so he had some stories about that, too.
We really enjoyed our day and left feeling that we had learned a lot, filled our eyes and our camera, and made a new friend.

Fantastic views and the beach here is 7 miles long. Downhill castle is well maintained, there is a coffee stall in the car park a must visit.

We've been to Ireland several times but never been able to make it to the Giants Causeway. So glad we were finally able to make it on our Ireland/Iceland cruise. It is such an interesting a astounding creation of nature. Really cool!

Traveled with Francis around most of Ireland over 7 days. We enjoyed this tour greatly. Francis ensured that we were comfortable and was available to help or answer questions at all times during the trip. Schedules were completely tailored to our requests and constant input was requested by Francis with explanations of the activities in our requests. Francis went above and beyond a couple times in finding us attractions and surprising us with extras in our tours (like petting the sheep at a shepherding dog demonstration). Francis also makes an excellent wedding photographer, as we had her collaborate with our wedding company and she also took pictures at our Cliffs of Moher wedding :). Would highly recommend -Dustin and Emily from Canada.

From pick up to the end of tour everything was perfect! They also let us choose a couple of stops that weren’t planned before. Visiting N. Ireland with them is a perfect way to discover the land of fairy tales!

We could not have had a better experience. Frances, the owner, was our driver, and she made sure the bus was there at all times and stocked with refreshments. The luxury bus was very spacious and provided plenty of room for 12 golf bags and suitcases.
Additionally, she went beyond the contracted services to show us some of the local attractions. She is a very caring person.
If you are in need of tour or travel services, put Frances and Glenara Travel at the top of your list.

We had an absolute AMAZING time on our tour thru Glenara Elite Tours. We had Kevin as our guide and he made us feel right at home. The tour was incredible all along the coast seeing all the main attractions and many more less known sites. Kevin was so kind and knowledgeable. Our conversations were like old friends. We so appreciate his time with us and Glenara for providing such a wonderful experience. The one note I'd say, is Kevin and the guides may need some additional training with Game of Thrones! I'd propose an 80hr continuing education of watching the series! Of course with compensation.. ;)
