Had a lovely visit here. Staff very helpful, shuttle bus to garden and house. Also buggy ride in garden, driver very pleasant, even though it was her first day she was quite knowledgeable about the house and gardens. Very enjoyable visit

My husband, myself and our 2 year old visited Stourhead today and we were shocked at the entry price. For non-members it’s £17 per adult. We only wanted to walk around the lake and had no intention (especially with a toddler) of seeing the house....More

We frequently visit Stourhead. It is beautiful in all seasons. A place to savour and unwind. The house is very interesting too. If you have the energy, you can walk up to Ajfred's Tower which is a bit boring but a lovely walk.

Stopped on way to West Country. Better than a service station - good cafe, nice walk for dogs and the house is fab too

Wonderful place for walks, the House at Xmas is wonderful. Beautiful walks around the lake, lunch at the Spreadeagle Inn. A wonderful place for a gentle day out, kids enjoy it as well.
