A beautiful peaceful building. Full of history and atmosphere.The spire itself is an amazing spectacle. For the brave there are tower trips from which there is a fantastic view of the town.

chesterfield train station is a steady walk from the crooked spire but it is up hill at a slow pace it would take about 8 minutes
