Enjoyed a stroll around Hall Leys Park while visiting Matlock. An 'oasis' in the middle of busy Matlock for the enjoyment of the whole family. Well kept gardens, clean and tidy, things to keep the kids entertained and a café. There are not many of...More

We had parked in Matlock to visit the heights of Abraham and when we returned spent an hour in the park. Have to say in terms of a town centre park it is outstanding and very well maintained

Sure there were the ice cream vans, and the coffee shops and a biking adventure course, but they played out just as a background to that genteel feel you get when transported back in time. The gracious flowerbeds, the kiddies fountain and pool, the boating...More
